If I was an ant…
Purple: Practice sentences.
If I was an ant I would be independent, fast, and a quick thinker. I could go wherever I wanted to go but always in a good distance from my hiding spot and the zone where all my family lives in. Everyday I would get ready to go outside and search for delicious food I can get from the left overs of humans. Pizza crumbs, cookie crumbs, and tiny pieces of fruit all over the kitchen, the living room, and the bed rooms. It is amazing!!! My lucky day would be when I find my perfect dessert, a grain of sugar! During my journey through the house I would find challenges but I would need to achieve them to get my food. There would be many tables, chairs, or obstacles that got in my way. When I see them, the only thing that I could think about is that “I am a strong ant and I can pass over this distractions very easily”. I would feel my courage and start climbing. One, two, three, and four minutes will pass and I would still be climbing. When I get to my goal, I would feel like a real champion at the top of “Mount Everest”. I would start running towards my fresh food.
There are so many crumbs I would not be able to decide which one is the best. There are small crumbs, big crumbs, groups of crumbs, and even crumbs broken in even tinier crumbs. I would get closer to one of the crumbs and see other ants in the distance coming towards me. The table starts to get crowded with ants. Now my objective would be to get far away from them because it is very dangerous to be with other ants in the food field because if a human sees you, that is the end. I would get my crumb and run down the other leg of the table. I heard a hard sound and noticed that a shoe was almost on top of me. I would sweat, freak out, and scream all at the same time in that situation. Fortunately, I would get to my home exhausted but safe. I would place my crumb with my collection that I was saving for the week of chemicals. That is the week when we can't search for food because we can get intoxicated with a spray that is all over the house. Being an ant would be exiting, interesting, and different!
